Properties & Uses: Diaphoretic and alternative properties. The roots are used for the treatment of asthma, fever, diarrhea, excessive urination, vomiting and dermatosis. Root infusion is also used in itching of skin, diarrhea and dysentery. The fruit is used in the preparation of Kshara Guda used to treat enlarged spleen.
