Description: Climbing shrubs. Leaves alternate, ovate or lanceolate. Inflorescence axillary, panicle. Male flowers 2-7 at apex of inflorescence, yellow; Female flower solitary. Drupes on branched carpophores, oblong to obovoid.

Properties & Uses: Anti-bacterial and antifungal. Leaf or root paste is applied on the bitten part of snake bite. Leaves juice are used in cuts and wounds.
