  • Description: Leaves elliptic-oblong, apex acuminate, base acute. Cymes terminal or axillary. Flowers white pedicellate. Capsule yellow, 5 x 1.5 cm, beak acuminate; aril red.

  • Habitat: Moist deciduous forests, also in sacred groves
