Properties & Uses: Carminative, digestive, anthelmintic, anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant. Leaves and flowers are used for the treatment of colic, cough, asthma, chronic skin diseases, fever, ulcers, verminosis and catarrh in children. Juice of leaves are used as an eye drop in encephalopathy due to worm infestation in children.
