Eclipta prostrata (L.) L.

  • Distribution: Pantropical
  • Description: Herbs, caespitose; stems terete, appressed strigose. Leaves simple, opposite, acute or subacuminate at apex, cuneate at base, entire, densely strigose, sessile or subsessile. Heads 4-5 mm across. Flower white. Achenes yellowish, oblong-turbinate, hairy at apex; pappus forming a cone at the apex.
