  • Description: Decumbent herbs. Leaves opposite, rhomboid, acute at both ends. Spike terminal, slender, solitary. Flowers purplish pink, in groups of 3-5 of which one perfect and others neuter. Achenes 2 x 1 mm, obovoid, compressed, golden brown.
