  • Description: Woody climbers. Leaves pinnae 8-10 pairs, leaflets to 6 x 1 mm, oblong. Head axillary, solitary or paired. Flowers numerous, yellow. Pods dark-brown; seeds transverse.
  • Habit: Climbers/Lianas
  • Habitat: Moist deciduous forests

  • Properties & Uses: Cooling, diuretic, emetic and anthelmintic. Pods are used in burning sensation, constipation, leucoderma, leprosy and haemorrhoides. The powdered pods are used in skin diseases.
